Due to technical restrictions on the SMS gateway, when you receive an SMS message from a customer originating from the website, you CANNOT directly reply to the SMS, you need to apply the simple workaround below.

You need to press and hold on the number in the original message in order to create a new text dialogue with the client.

Please follow the instructions below.

  1. You receive the message like this
  2. PRESS AND HOLD the sender’s number to open up a dialogue box showing you the option to send a message to them.
  3. Then you are able to draft a reply and send directly back from your handset and continue the conversation with the customer.
